Tickets are payable in full upon booking. Please note, tickets are non-refundable. However, it may be tickets can be resold. Therefore, any refund requests should be made in writing to manager@portbyhan.com

Any cancellations made 48 hours prior to event are non-refundable.

There will be no tickets issued for this event. A confirmation of payment and ticket purchase will be sent via email.

A pre-order for evening meal is required no later than 7 days prior to event. If you book within 7 days of the event, a pre-order will be required upon booking.
